MC Hammer doesn't give in to a bully…even if it's the US government. The rap superstar responded to a lawsuit filed against him by the IRS asking for $779,585 in back taxes by fighting back in federal court.

Hammer filed a response to the suit claiming he already paid his debt, and is asking the court to grant him a judgment to recoup his legal fees, reports TMZ. No word on whether the court has granted his wish, but props to Hammer for standing up to the IRS.
